When will my order ship?

It usually takes a week (on average) to get all orders packaged and delivered to our local post office. Being away at conventions can also delay how quickly orders are sent out, but if we are away for any extended period we will put a notice on the main store page and update our blog/social media with this information.

Something that used to be in your shop isn’t available anymore or looks different. Will it come back?

We’re doing our best to keep stock consistent, but sometimes we have to open the store with what is on hand. If you want to know the restocking status of any specific item, contact us via our form! Our products will change from time-to-time as our manufacturing process and materials improve.

Something is sold out. Will it be restocked?

Most likely, yes! If you’re curious about a certain sold-out product, contact us via our form! There’s a chance we either happen to have a few left in storage, or plan to restock very soon and will let you know approximately when it will be restocked.

How do the whiteboards work?

Just like any whiteboard, we recommend using only dry-erase markers. Simply write on them, let it dry, then erase whenever you please! If there is any ghosting (writing that resists being wiped away), try spraying it with some 70% isopropyl alcohol and wipe at it again.
